Arranging your appointment

The team at Therapy Assist will contact you within one business day of receiving your instruction.
 
This call allows us to run through all the information you will need to obtain your medical report as swiftly as possible.
 
As our clinics and experienced therapists and practitioners are available across England and Wales, you will be able to book a medical appointment close to your home.

Appointment and your report

A member of our team will contact you a few days before your appointment to remind you of any documents you will need to bring with you and outline what you can expect on the day.

Once treatment is completed we will send you your report. Our team will assist you with the next steps, ready for evaluation in line with your compensation claim.

On the day of your appointment, you will:
  • Be assessed by a member of the Therapy Assist team and will be presented with your treatment plan
  • Have the opportunity to ask questions and learn what happens next in relation to obtaining your treatment plan
After your appointment, you will:
  • Your report will be sent in order for you to review and confirm you are happy
  • Ask us any further questions you may have
